VshowerUSA Drop Ship Program Details
The VshowerUSA drop shipping program is a simple method that allows you to sell our products without requiring the expense of stocking inventory or warehousing products. You simply place the items for sale, either through online auction sites ,direct sales, or through your own web site. Once a sale is made, you simply collect payment from the customer and then forward the order to us. We take care of all the necessary shipping arrangements and even provide you with a tracking number for your customer if applicable.
You are required to advertise and sell our products at a price equal to or greater than our base retail prices, including shipping costs, as shown on our web site. These minimum advertised prices are intended to maintain consistent pricing and will ensure each drop shipper has an equal opportunity to be successful over the long run. Pricing wars between drop shippers is something we wish to avoid at all costs. However, you do have the option of shipping items for free to your customers, but you will still be required to pay our standard shipping rate during order fulfillment and checkout. Any free shipping offers you make to your customers will reduce your overall profit per sale.
You make money on the difference between whatever price you decide to charge and the price listed in your drop ship member account. This leaves you with only profit and no overhead expenses.
What is the cost of drop shipping? - There are no hidden or add-on fees associated with drop shipping with us. We do not charge monthly membership fees nor do we charge a drop ship fee per order.
How do I sign up for a drop shipping? - Just sign up for a new member account using the link at the left side of this page called "Register Here". Then send an email letting us know you would like to get started as a drop shipper. We will then update your account and allow you access to our wholesale price list. You may then log into your account at our web site, place your drop ship order and complete the transaction.
What licenses and permits do I need to provide to buy wholesale from you? - Each city, county and state has their own requirements. If you meet your local legal requirements you may purchase from VshowerUSA.
Is there a minimum quantity I have to buy? - There is no minimum quantity or minimum dollar amount required. You may buy just one item at a time if you want. However, our ultimate goal is for you to successfully sell as many products as you can.
How can I place my order? - You can place your order online at http://www.Ronin-Online.Com or give us a call toll free at 1-866-585-0732. In either case, you will be required to create an account with us before becoming eligible to drop ship our products. If you don't have internet access, simply give us a call and we'll set one up for you over the phone.
What methods of payment do you accept? - We accept all major credit cards including, MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and DiscoverCard credit or debit cards. We also accept cashier's checks and money orders drawn on any U.S. based bank account and payable in U.S. currency. We also accept business checks, personal checks and electronic checks, but be aware that paying with these methods can delay your order up to 10 business days until funds clear both bank accounts.
Can I mail in my drop shipping orders? - Yes, we prefer money orders and cashier's checks but will also accept personal or business checks as valid forms of payment. All personal and business checks are placed on hold for up to 10 business days before your order will be fulfilled.
Do you have C.O.D.? - No, each order must be paid in full before it will be allowed to ship.
Do you offer international drop shipping? - Yes, but only to Canada at this time and only upon request. International shipping costs are generally higher than domestic rates. Contact us directly prior to quoting shipping costs to your client to find out what you will be charged for shipments to Canada. Additional international shipping destinations may become available in the near future.

May I use your pictures and descriptions to resell your products? - Yes, as long as you are purchasing the products from us, you are free to use our pictures for your marketing needs. To save a picture to your hard drive for later use, right click the picture and choose "save picture as" from the popup menu. You will be able to save the picture with whatever filename you wish. Feel free to also use the descriptions on our site.
You may use them for your own web site, eBay or any other marketing channel. We ask that you do not hot link our pictures. Please copy pictures to your own server as our image urls may change. Also, the Search Engines tend to penalize any web site for having content significantly similar to another web site. For this reason, we highly recommend writing your own unique content whenever possible to avoid this duplicate content issue.
How much do you charge for shipping? - We charge a flat shipping rate for each product with no hidden costs. There are also other shipping options available such as priority shipping and overnight shipping.
What is your Return Policy? - We offer a 30 day total customer satisfaction policy. This means all of our products may be returned within the first 30 days for a complete refund less shipping costs. Items must be returned directly to us complete and in good condition. One we receive and verify the item, you will be notified and refunded the original wholesale price you paid. It is then up to you to refund your customer the original retail purchase price that was charged. Shipping charges are not refundable unless prior arrangements have been approved by us and only under certain circumstances.
Is my personal information kept private? - Of course. VshowerUSA is committed to keeping your personal information private. We will not sell or transfer any of your personal or business data or transaction records to any outside parties. Our online PRIVACY POLICY is available for your review.
Are credit card transactions secure? - Yes, all credit card transactions are encrypted and completely secure. The customer service reps do not have access to your credit card information. Our posted WEBSITE SECURITY STATEMENT explains our commitment to online security in much greater detail.
Can I drop ship to myself? - No. Under no circumstances are you allowed to drop ship products to yourself for personal use. Members that are caught doing so will be subject to permanent account termination without recourse. Each drop ship order is subject to review and investigation by VshowerUSA at our sole discretion. Minimum quantity purchases are required for items drop shipped your own physical address. Please contact us for more details as this procedure extend beyond simple drop shipping and into our wholesale purchase program. Lower wholesale pricing may be available for larger single orders for resale at the master carton level.
